The Henry Sy Sr. Hall is an academic and research building on the campus of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.

The construction of the building broke ground in January 2020 coinciding with the opening of the sesquicentennial celebration of the Faculty of Medicine Surgery (FMS).
