Herman Paul Kopplemann (May 1, 1880 – August 11, 1957) was a U.S. Representative from Connecticut.

Born in Odessa, Ukraine (then part of the Russian Empire), Kopplemann immigrated to the United States in 1882 with his parents, who settled in Hartford, Connecticut.

Kopplemann was elected as a Democrat to the Seventy-third, Seventy-fourth, and Seventy-fifth Congresses (March 4, 1933 – January 3, 1939).

He died in Hartford on August 11, 1957, and was interred in Emanuel Synagogue Cemetery, Wethersfield, Connecticut.
