Hesperonatalius harrietae is a species of mygalomorph spider in the Anamidae family.

It was described in 2017 by Mark Castalanelli, Joel Huey, Mia Hillyer and Mark Harvey.

[1][2] The species occurs in Western Australia in the Geraldton Sandplains bioregion.

The type locality is Oakajee, 25 km north of Geraldton.
