High Falls or Highfalls is an unincorporated community in Moore County, North Carolina, United States.

The community is located along North Carolina Highway 22 and the Deep River 11.2 miles (18.0 km) north-northwest of Carthage.

[5] In the late 19th century the High Falls Dam on the Deep River was also constructed.

In April 2018 the dam was acquired by Unique Places L.L.C., a real estate investment firm which proposed removing the dam to improve the river ecosystem of Cape Fear shiner.
