Hugo Bacharach

Hugo Antonio Bacharach Capdevila (born 27 July 2001) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Rhode Island FC in the USL Championship.

[5] In 2020, he decided to continue his footballing career and education, as well as learn English, by moving to the United States to attend college on a scholarship.

[24][25] In his first match as a midfielder, on 7 October, he recorded a pair of assists in a victory over the Penn State Nittany Lions.

[41][42] At the 2024 MLS SuperDraft, Bacharach was selected in the first round (ninth overall) by Minnesota United FC.

[45][46] He made his professional debut with the second team Minnesota United FC 2 in a US Open Cup match against the Michigan Stars, before making his Major League Soccer debut with the first team on 13 April against Houston Dynamo FC.

[47] Bacharach signed with USL Championship side Rhode Island FC on December 31, 2024.
