Humayun Zaman Khan[a] (31 January 1936 – 17 June 2019), was a Pakistani sportsman who took part in soccer, hockey, and cricket.

Humayun's family produced notable cricket figures like Jahangir Khan and Baqa Jilani, and had a strong presence in various Olympic disciplines, especially hockey.
[1] Coming from a typical Pathan background with a robust physique, Humayun excelled in sports at Aitchison College, playing cricket, football, and hockey.
[6] After having a heart bypass at the age of 60, Humayun also dealt with diabetes, weight problems, knee and spine debilities, and mobility challenges.
