Igor Decraene

Igor Decraene (26 January 1996, in Waregem – 30 August 2014, in Zulte) was a Belgian cyclist.

In 2013, he became the UCI world junior men's time trial champion.

Decraene, aged 18, died in an accident on 30 August 2014 near Zulte, East Flanders.

Initial media reports suggested that he had taken his own life, however the family and police denied this was the case.
