Ilse Arts (born 7 June 1990) is a Dutch wheelchair basketball player.

[1] She won a gold medal at the 2020 Summer Paralympics,[2] gold medal at the 2018 world championships and multiple gold medals at the European Championships (2017, 2019, 2021) She won a bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Paralympics.
