The Ivan Zvorykin House (Russian: Дом Ивана Зворыкина) is a building in Rostov-on-Don located at the intersection of Pushkinskaya Street and Semashko Lane [ru].
[2] Soviet playwright Vladimir Kirshon lived in the house between 1923 and 1926, in communal flat number 10, with windows overlooking the yard.
[6] The three-storey house occupies the corner of the block, its facades front Pushkinskaya Street and Semashko Lane [ru].
Gothic features of the design include a frieze with three-quarter columns, decorative kokoshniks over the first floor windows.
The corner of the building is emphasized with a hexagonal bay window framed with a balcony at the level of the second floor and topped with a turret with a dome.
