James Marcus Evans (August 17, 1963 – November 19, 2015) was an American professional football player.
[1] He graduated from Mattie T. Blount High School and Southern University.
He was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the tenth round of the 1987 NFL draft and played two games that season.
[1] Evans was one of at least 345 NFL players to be diagnosed after death with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), which is caused by repeated hits to the head.
