James Monroe Touchstone (October 31, 1846 – June 7, 1886) was an American politician from Maryland.
He served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Cecil County from 1878 to 1880.
At a very young age, he moved to Port Deposit, Maryland, with his family.
He was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Cecil County, from 1878 to 1880.
