James T. Ruggieri

James Thomas Ruggieri (born January 12, 1968) is an American prelate of the Catholic Church who serves as bishop for the Diocese of Portland in Maine.

He then entered St. Mary's Seminary in Baltimore, Maryland, where he obtained a Master of Divinity.
