Jay Morrish

Morrish served a four-year apprenticeship with Robert Trent Jones, and subsequently two years with George Fazio.

From 1972–1982, he worked for Jack Nicklaus as a member of his golf course design support staff.

[2] In 1983, Morrish left the Nicklaus organization and formed a partnership with PGA Tour professional Tom Weiskopf.

[3] Morrish was a member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects, and was president of that body from 2002–2004.

In 2007, Morrish was inducted into the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame in a ceremony at Columbine Country Club.
