Jens Christian Kofoed (6 April 1864 – 3 November 1941) was a Danish architect who adopted the Historicist style inspired by Italian architecture from the Middle Ages.

Many of his buildings are built of red brick with tiled roofs and have either rectangular or rounded windows.

His hostel on Dragør was inspired by central Italian architecture from the Middle Ages.

His work was part of the architecture event in the art competition at the 1924 Summer Olympics.
