Jerod E. Tufte

Jerod Elton Tufte[1] (born April 9, 1975) is an American lawyer and jurist who has served as a justice of the North Dakota Supreme Court since 2017.

He previously served as state's attorney for Kidder County, counsel for Governor Jack Dalrymple, and district judge.

He graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1997 and the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in 2002.

He worked private practice in Phoenix, Arizona and Steele, North Dakota.
