Jerry Charles Aldridge (born September 17, 1956) is an American former professional football halfback in the National Football League (NFL).
He attended Angelo State University where he was selected as an AP College Division All-American,[1] and led the team to an NAIA championship in 1978.
[2] Aldridge suffered a knee injury during San Francisco 49ers training camp ahead of the 1979 season and missed the entire year on injured reserve.
