Jesse Allen Kirk (June 22, 1822 – August 23, 1903) was an American politician from Maryland.
He served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Cecil County from 1865 to 1866.
[1][2][3] In 1846, Kirk worked in general merchandising in Rising Sun with his older brother and Basil Haines.

[1][3] In January 1886, Kirk was appointed school commissioner of Cecil County by judge Frederick Stump.
