Jessica Vaughn

She primarily employs the use of discarded materials to engage with histories of site and mass production.

She is an alumna of the Whitney Museum of American Art’s Independent Study Program as well as the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture.

The project remains in progress and explores the common structures that direct our understanding of resource circulation in institutions, labor, and space.

[6] In 2019 Vaughn was awarded a grant from the Graham Foundation to complete the work Depreciating Assets: Variable Dimensions.

The book includes photo copies of governmental reports, images of stacked postal mail bins, and documents relating to Vaughn's own past employment.
