James Martin Lewis (born October 12, 1955) is an American former professional baseball pitcher.
He played during four seasons in Major League Baseball for the Seattle Mariners, New York Yankees, and Minnesota Twins.
On November 1, 1979, Lewis was traded, along with Ruppert Jones, to the New York Yankees for Rick Anderson, Jim Beattie, Juan Beniquez, and Jerry Narron.
On February 21, 1984, Lewis re-signed with the Seattle Mariners after becoming a free agent after the 1983 season.
