John Bancker Aycrigg (July 9, 1798 – November 8, 1856) was an American physician and politician who represented New Jersey in the United States House of Representatives in two non-consecutive terms from 1837 to 1839 and 1841 to 1843.
He studied medicine and was graduated from the College of Physicians and Surgeons which is now the medical department of Columbia University in 1818.
He presented credentials as a Member-elect to the Twenty-sixth Congress, but was not permitted to qualify.
He died in Passaic in 1856 and was buried in Paramus Church Cemetery, Ridgewood, New Jersey.
His home, the Aycrigg Mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
