John Febuar Ceniza[2] (born 7 February 1998) is a Filipino weightlifter.

[3] He represented the Philippines at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

Ceniza is a silver medalist in the men's 55kg category event of the 2019 Southeast Asian Games.

[4] At the Roma 2020 Weightlifting World Cup, he won a bronze medal in the men's 61 kg category.

[7] Ceniza failed to record any lift in the Snatch in the men's 61 kg category event.
