John Nichols Berry III (June 12, 1933 – October 12, 2020) was an American librarian who was an editor at Library Journal for over fifty years.
[1] He retired in 2006, but continued to write his column Blatant Berry, in which he advocated for progressive library values.
[2] Berry received the American Library Association Joseph W. Lippincott Award for distinguished service to librarianship.
