John David O'Neal IV[2] is an American politician who served as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates for the 28th district from 2013 to 2018.
O'Neal served consecutively from January 2011 until January 2013 in the District 27 seat.
Born in Hinton, West Virginia, O'Neal earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Alderson Broaddus College and a Master of Arts in religion from Liberty University.
