Jose Cabrera Montemayor Jr. (born February 17, 1962) is a Filipino cardiologist, lawyer, and politician.

He is known for his career in medicine and law, as well as his involvement in politics, particularly his candidacy in the 2022 Philippine presidential election and the 2025 Philippine Senate election.

[citation needed] Montemayor went to the Far Eastern University, receiving the Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, and the Doctor of Medicine degrees.

[2] Montemayor currently works as the Legal Counsel and Legal Officer of the Philippine Heart Center, the Consultant in Internal Medicine and Clinical Cardiology at the National Kidney and Transplant Institute, and other positions.

[5] Montemayor says that he will remove the Operation Tokhang (Tokhang meaning "knock and plead" in Cebuano) because of certain instances of death, he says that he will address the issue some other way.
