Joseph Isaac (born 1969) is a Dominican politician from Dominica Labour Party,[1] serving as Speaker of the House of Assembly of Dominica since 2020.
[3] He studied economics and business administration in Georgia State University.
He worked as a teacher in Dominica Grammar School, and in 1993 worked in the ministry of treade and industry and commerce.
[4] He was elected to the House of Assembly of Dominica in 2014 representing United Workers' Party.
He was appointed a DLP candidate for Speaker of the House,[1] and was sworn in on 10 February 2020.
