Joseph Jackson OBE (26 November 1874 – 23 August 1961) was an Australian politician and a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1922 until 1956.
He was variously a Nationalist, United Australia Party, Independent and Liberal member of parliament .
Jackson was born in Wellington, New South Wales and educated to elementary level in rural state schools.
Jackson purchased Faulconbridge, the home of Sir Henry Parkes and donated a large tract of land (Jackson Park) to form a Prime Ministers' Corridor of Oaks.
He was the Lord Mayor of Sydney in 1931 representing the Civic Reform Association.
