Joshua Kurlantzick is an American journalist from Baltimore, Maryland, United States.
a scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, where he studied Southeast Asian politics and economics and China's relations with Southeast Asia, including Chinese investment, aid, and diplomacy.
