Juan Carlos Valdivia Galdo

Juan Carlos Valdivia (born February 13, 1962, La Paz, Bolivia) is a Bolivian-Mexican director, producer, screenwriter, and actor.

There, he began to alternate his work in cinema with directing commercials, music videos (including Ángel de amor by the band Maná), and episodes for television series.

The film, starring Demián Bichir and Kate del Castillo, tells the story of a rural teacher trying to obtain a visa to the United States.
