Juan Manuel Salgueiro Silva[a] (born April 3, 1983) is a Uruguayan football striker who plays for Club Sportivo San Lorenzo.
He was part of the squad that won the Uruguayan Primera División in 2004.
Salguerio subsequently transferred to LDU Quito in January 2010 as the team's reinforcement.
