Kaisu-Mirjami Rydberg

Karin Aino Mirjami (Kaisu-Mirjami) Rydberg (April 27, 1905 in Mäntsälä – August 31, 1959 in Helsinki) was a Finnish journalist, writer and politician.

In 1939 Rydberg became a member of parliament as a sitting MP, Hannes Ryömä, died.

In the parliament, she joined the splinter Socialist Parliamentary Group.

As the other members of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, she was arrested and jailed in August 1941.

1956-1959 she was the literary director of Kansankulttuuri ('People's Culture') publishing house.
