Kanhaiya Lal Choudhary (born 10 January 1969) is an Indian politician serving Cabinet Minister at P.H.E.D.

& Ground Water Department in Government of Rajasthan.

He is 14th, 15th, & 16th Member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from Malpua.

[4][5][2] Following the 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election, he was re-elected as an MLA from the Malpura Assembly constituency, defeating Ghasi Lal Choudhary, the candidate fielded by Indian National Congress (INC), by a margin of 16,189 votes.

[6][7][8] On 30 December 2023, Choudhary was sworn in as a Cabinet Minister on Bhajan Lal Sharma ministry in the presence of Rajasthan Governor, Kalraj Mishra and Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari and Prem Chand Bairwa.
