Kanodia Purohitan is a panchayat village[1] in the Indian state of Rajasthan.

Prior to 2009, Kanodia was part of ILRC Balesar within Shergarh tehsil.

Half of the population is engaged in agriculture, and the rest are either in the armed forces or in business.

Dadoji Ratan Singhji Jhunjharji temple is owned by the whole village and is worshiped by all castes.

Major decisions are made there, and on every Holi and Diwali, the whole village gathers.
