Kariankode River is a major river in Kasaragod district of Kerala state, India.

It is running through the hills and dales of Vellarikundu, Hosdurg and Payyanur Taluks.

Places like Pulingome, Cherupuzha, Kakkadavu, Kayyur and Karindalam are situated at bank of this river.
