Kasheke is 1,475 meters above sea level and is close to Bulengo, Kamabale, Tchofi, and Kabamba villages.
The village is occupied by a small population of Bantu agriculturists and fishermen, including the Havu, Tembo, Shi, and Fuliiru people.
