Kathi Seifert

[1] Seifert completed her bachelor's degree in marketing and management at Valparaiso University in Indiana in 1971.

On March 27, 1978, she was approached by Kimberly Clark and she began her career with the company by selling paper goods to motels and other businesses.

She managed Kimberly Clark's global personal care business.

Since 2004, Seifert has been the chairwoman of the consulting firm Pinnacle Perspectives, LLC.

[4] She also serves on the board of directors for Eli Lilly and Company, on the Audit and Public Policy and Compliance committees.
