The Keelung Cultural Center (Chinese: 基隆文化中心; pinyin: Jīlóng Wénhuà Zhōngxīn) is a cultural center in Zhongzheng District, Keelung, Taiwan.

It also houses the Cultural Affairs Bureau office of the Keelung City Government.
