Kelsey Teneti (born 12 May 2003) and is a contracted New Zealand 7s rugby union player and athlete.

[1] Kelsey was also a National Judo Champion in 2013 in both the +36 kg and Open Junior girls categories [2] Spending her last 2 years of school at HGHS Teneti played for Waikato in the Farah Palmer Cup in 2020 and 2021.

[3] In 2021 Teneti was named in the Chiefs Manawa squad for their historic match against the Blues at Eden Park in April.

2022 Teneti was contracted to the Black Ferns sevens team straight out of high school at the age of 18 and made her debut in Dubai at the HSBC 7s in December 2022. sevens[3] Kelsey featured in the 2022, 86th edition of the Rugby Almanack book as the most promising player of the year.

[6][7] In 2023, she was named in the Black Ferns side to compete in the Pacific Four Series and O’Reilly Cup.
