Kieran Michael Moore is a Canadian physician and public servant who serves as the current chief medical officer of health of Ontario.
[7][8] Prior to his appointment, he served as the medical officer of health for Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington from 2017 to 2021.
[11] Moore is an adjunct professor in the Department of Family and Emergency Medicine at Queen's University.
[5] On March 12, 2021, he delivered a presentation to the Ontario College of Family Physicians titled "The COVID-19 Vaccine: Newly approved vaccines, public health collaboration, and more” as a part of a series called “Changing the Way We Work” co-sponsored by the University of Toronto.
[13] On 30 May 2021, Moore replaced David Williams as the chief medical officer of health of Ontario.
