Kingstown is a town in Cleveland County, North Carolina, United States.
Named in honor of Martin Luther King Jr., Kingstown was incorporated in 1989.
The town was originally known as "Kingston," but adopted its current name to avoid confusion with Kinston, North Carolina.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 656 people, 194 households, and 135 families residing in the town.
