Kirkpatrick is a census-designated place (CDP)[2] in Umatilla County, Oregon, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.6 square miles (9.3 km2), all land.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 43.60% White, 54.07% Native American, and 2.33% from two or more races.

13.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 27.9% of families and 34.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including 46.0% of those under the age of eighteen and 19.0% of those 65 or over.
