Kladeruby is a municipality and village in Vsetín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

Kladeruby lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Vsetín, 33 km (21 mi) north-east of Zlín, and 257 km (160 mi) east of Prague.

The first written mention of Kladeruby is from 1141.
