It is noted for its high chancel with a processional subway from north to south.
[4] In 1900 there was a further restoration costing £1,000, which included the building of a new organ chamber, clergy and choir vestry, supervised by the architect J.A.
The north chapel was opened out to the church, and the old stalls removed from the end of the south aisle to the choir.
The church organ was built by Walter James Bird.
