Komařice is a municipality and village in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

Komařice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of České Budějovice and 135 km (84 mi) south of Prague.

Komařice consists of four municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2] The first written mention of Komařice is from 1346.
