Konstantyna [kɔnstanˈtɨna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rzgów, within Łódź East County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-east of Rzgów and 11 km (7 mi) south of the regional capital Łódź.

Konstantyna has a humid continental climate (Cfb in the Köppen climate classification).
