Kossmaticeras

Kossmaticeras is an extinct ammonoid genus belonging to the desmoceratacean family Kossmaticeratidae.

Species in this genus were fast-moving nektonic carnivores.

[1] They lived during the Late Cretaceous, from the upper Turonian to the upper Maastrichtian ages.
