Kova Tilavpur (Tajik: Кова Тилавпур; born 13 August 1993, Asht District, Sughd Region, Tajikistan), is a Tajik football agent, musical artist, journalist, and film actor.

Kova works as a football agent and has worked in the transfers of players Omid Ebrahimi, Nuriddin Davronov,[1] Ahtam Nazarov, Jahongir Ergashev,[2] Shahrom Samiev,[3][4] Ehson Panjshanbe, Fathullo Fathulloev[5] and others.

Kova Tilavpur was born on August 16, 1993, in Asht District[6] in the family of Tajik journalist Tilav Rasulzoda.
