Kristian Mørch

[1] Kristian was born in 1930 in Ukkusissat, Uummannaq in Greenland.

[3] He worked as a priest in Qaqortoq for a short period of time before becoming a priest in Qaanaaq in 1959, where he served as a minister for more than 10 years in three different periods.

As a priest and bishop, he has had a great influence on the people's church's point of view and development.

When he retired in 1995, he moved from Nuuk to Ilulissat with his wife Elisabeth.

[5] Mørch believed and insisted that Greenlandic students should return home to help build the country.
