The Kugitang Formation or Group (Russian: Kugitang Svita) is an Oxfordian geologic formation in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and a geologic group in Turkmenistan.

Dinosaur remains diagnostic to the genus level are among the fossils that have been recovered from the formation.
