Kvevlax (Finnish: Koivulahti) is a church village in the municipality of Korsholm, Finland.
It is located approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of the city of Vaasa.
Kvevlax has a lower grade primary education school, a kindergarten, a running track, a football pitch and an ice rink.
On 3 January 1961, a DC-3, the Aero O/Y Flight 311, crashed in Kvevlax, with the loss of all 25 on board.
The accident remains the worst in Finnish aviation history.
