Lúdio Frank Mendes Cabral (born 15 March 1971) is a Brazilian doctor and politician.
He graduated with a degree in medicine from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT) and did his residency at the Preventive and Social Medicine center at the University of São Paulo's campus in Ribeirão Preto.
He has always been involved in public health, having working with the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).
He was elected to his first term as a councilman in Cuiabá in 2004, and was later reelected in 2008, a position he held until December 2012.
After voting commenced on 6 October 2024, he advanced to the second round against Abilio Brunini of the Liberal Party (PL).
